The FLWC Group (Financial Lethal Weapon Carriers), of Russian origin, is an organization subordinate to the DSFV. It is closely linked to the Russian state and aims to procure financial resources for itself and its allies. Due to high security protocols, only FLWC members are granted access to further information and privileges.
